Heat Mat's new underlaminate system has been selected to heat the bathrooms of the exclusive Coln Park development, the Lakes by Yoo. Heat Mat were asked to provide a solution for heating the laminate floors within the bathrooms with a minimal build height increase, while still offering the full safety earthing that is required in these areas.

Heat Mat's fully earthed underlaminate system has been shortlisted in the prestigious Interbuild 2008 New Products Awards. Submitted in the Building Services Category the system beat stiff competition to make it through to the final round which will be judged on Monday 27th October.
