Approvals – VDE Approval

VDE are an independent test house based in Germany and have a worldwide reputation for the quality of their work. The VDE mark on a product indicates conformity with the German test house's VDE standards, the European or internationally harmonized standards and confirms compliance with protective requirements of the applicable EC Directive(s).

All Heat Mat’s 7mm in-screed cable is independently approved by VDE and carries their VDE mark. Heat Mat’s 2^nd and 3^rd generation heating mat systems were VDE system approved.
