Single Conductor Heating Wire

Single conductor underfloor heating cables use one conductor/heating element rather than two. This wire design means that both ends of the cable require connection to the thermostat or connection box and the wire has two coldtails.

Although much cheaper to produce, these products take longer to install than twin conductor systems and they also emit higher levels of EMF radiation than twin conductor underfloor heating cables.
