Underfloor Heating – Undertile Heating Mats

Underfloor heating mats represent the fastest and least hassle way of installing underfloor heating in large areas. A heating cable is pre-spaced onto a fibreglass mesh, in Heat Mat’s case the bottom of the mesh to protect the cable during installation, and the heating mat is simply rolled out in the area you wish to heat. When you reach a wall or obstruction you simply cut the mesh and flip the matt back on itself. In large rooms it can take as little as 10% of the time to install heating mats when compared to undertile heating cable.

As the heating mats have a pre-spaced cable you can be certain you will receive an even heat output over your entire floor, however if you do wish to strip the heating cable from the mesh you can then lay it as a loose heating cable in small or complicated areas.
