NGT Thermostat - Simple to use.

This popular programmable thermostat allows you to easily achieve the perfect temperature and comfort you desire from your underfloor heating.

The NGT learns the heat characteristics of your room to automatically control both room and floor temperature.

This thermostat ensures maximum comfort for minimum energy consumption. The running cost of your underfloor heating can be monitored to show you exactly how much electricity is being used in KW/h, £ and pence.

  • Choose from four or six programmable events each day

Fully programmable thermostat

Lower the temperature in rooms that are unoccupied, at different times, reducing your energy usage without reducing your comfort.

Programmed events

The NGT is simple to use and allows you to program 4 or 6 'events' per day to suit your lifestyle.

Default schedule

The thermostat is supplied with a default schedule, if you do not program any events your thermostat will follow this default schedule.

Manual mode

The NGT can easily be switched to manual mode and operated as a simple on/off thermostat. This function overrides the programmed event schedule to allow you to set the desired temperature manually.

Energy monitor

The energy monitor allows you to view your underfloor heating system's energy consumption for the past 2 days, month or year.

Operation

The NGT is programmed using three buttons on the front below the screen. Find out about the NGTouch if you prefer a touchscreen thermostat.

Wiring
A suitable electric underfloor heating thermostat with floor temperature limitation must always be used to control heating systems. Heat Mat thermostats are rated to 16 Amps, and if a system exceeds this loading a suitably rated contactor should be used. The circuit must be protected by a 30mA RCD and suitably rated fuse or circuit breaker.
