Dusk Till Dawn Charity Walking Challenge Update
Well, it is just over two weeks since we started raising funds for the Dusk Till Dawn Charity Walk, and with the donations we have already received along with the promises for amounts on their way we have already reached our original £2,000 target!This is fantastic news and reflects the very generous nature of our supporters, and the funds have really been boosted by a £1,000 charity prize from our business partners International Logistics Group in Burgess Hill.
We have been overwhelmed by the support the donors have provided to the Sussex Wildlife Trust and the Motor Neurone Disease Association and we are really grateful for the industry wide support and press coverage we have received. As we have already reached our original £2,000 target we are now going to move to our next target of £3,500.
We have started to gather the kit we are going to need (maps, head torches, water bottles etc.) and hopefully our first practice run will go ahead soon. Let's just hope for kind weather!
