We manufacture high-quality electric underfloor heating and associated products in the UK, Denmark and Germany. Because we are the manufacturer of our systems and construct the products we supply, we have the flexibility to make modifications or develop bespoke systems prior to, or during, production.

Our electrical products are handmade in BEAB approved factories by expert technicians, and in most circumstances, the bespoke products can still carry full BEAB approval. We produce high quality systems that meet European health and safety standards; all products are 17th Edition compliant and, where relevant, are suitable for use as part of a Part L compliant system.

Heat Mat Bespoke heating mats

Create mats to meet the exact requirements of your project, making installation easier and saving you time and money. Particularly relevant to projects with multiple identical units such as apartment blocks, hotels and student accommodation.

  • Extended cold tails to simplify wiring and avoid the requirement for periodic testing of an additional junction box
  • Custom outputs per m² (from 30W/m² to 400W/m²)
  • Custom sizes; length, width and overall m² to meet your requirements
  • Custom shapes to enable fast installation (usual minimum order quantity for custom shapes is 50 identical units)
  • Custom mesh designs, including 400mm mesh on a 500mm wide mat (used for installation beneath a levelling compound so the mesh doesn’t float up)
  • Glued mesh for fixing as an alternative to double-sided tape
  • A wide choice of cable colour (we know it will be hidden after installation, but we do get asked!)

Heat Mat Bespoke towel warming mats

In some circumstances the use of heated towel rails is not desirable and heating the wall behind the rail is a very efficient alternative. This is an increasing application in new build hotels and apartment buildings.

Heat Mat Bespoke wall heating mats

The use of wall heating mats is increasing and bespoke outputs are often required. They are mainly used to keep tiled walls warm where people will be sitting against them, or to enable fast drying of walls in wet rooms and showers.

Have the exact cable you need for your project, speeding up the installation process and allowing you to create heating systems that are not possible with standard ranges. Particularly relevant to super-insulated properties, close to or meeting passive house standards, where very low output heating systems are required.

Heat Mat Bespoke mirror demisters

Having a mirror demister which perfectly matches your size and output requirements ensures a virtually instant effect over the entire mirror surface. Custom mirror heater pads are most often used in hotel or apartment projects. Please be aware that for very large mirrors (above 3m²) it is often preferable to heat the wall behind the mirror rather than the mirror itself.

Tailored insulation boards allow you to meet your exact floor height requirements with ease and the boards are also suitable to be used in walls and on ceilings. 12.5mm boards to replace plaster board are available from standard stock and 2.4m long boards are also easily supplied.
