Due to our need for more stock holding capacity, between 18th and 20th February we are moving our UK stock over to new premises to provide us with increased space for new product lines. To allow this process to run smoothly we are limiting the number of product lines that we dispatch from 18th to 20th February, and anticipate any orders not dispatched over those days will be sent out on Monday 23rd February.
To answer a few of your questions:
What products are available while the warehouse is moved?
Orders received on 18th, 19th and 20th February should be dispatched as normal if they are for our 160W Pro Range mats, 160W HeatMyHome mats and underfloor heating controllers.
What will happen for orders you can’t dispatch while you are moving warehouse?
Orders received on 18th, 19th and 20th February for other products will be held back and dispatched on Monday 23rd February.
Can I collect orders while the move is underway?
Apart from the heating mats and controllers which will be available as noted above, no collections will be available over the days we are changing premises. If collecting mats or controllers over those days you will need to collect them from our offices, 3 Danworth Farm, Cuckfield Road, Hurstpierpoint, BN6 9GL.
If I am collecting orders, where do I go from Monday 23rd?
From Monday 23rd February all collections will be from our new warehouse address – ILG, 2D Charlwood Rd, Lowfield Heath, Crawley RH11 0TG
Where should I send returns?
From Monday 23rd February any returns should be sent to our new warehouse address – ILG, 2D Charlwood Rd, Lowfield Heath, Crawley RH11 0TG. Before then please continue to use the current address as we will continue to receive returns there for a short time.
The move into our new premises will allow us to enhance our service to you by holding more UK stock and it will provide us with an even more reliable next working day delivery service for orders received up to 4:45pm.
