Heat Mat underfloor heating system installed in a Double Your House for Half the Money renovation
Heat Mat undefloor heating was chosen by a family in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, for their impressive extension and renovation project.
Jtinderjeet Johal and Elaine Moretti's family home was featured on a recent episode of Channel 4's Double Your House for Half the Money presented by Sarah Beeny. Their 1960's property In Ickleford, Hitchin was transformed to create a large, modern family home with a renovated garage, playroom and a new kitchen.
Our 160W heating mats and NGT thermostat timers were installed in the Kitchen, family bathroom and a new wet room in the garage for Electrician Jtinderjeet to use after work.
The renovation and expansion project, featured in Episode 3 of the current searies, was undertaken by Jtinderjeet's own company H B Services and a team of local tradesmen. The result was a stunning large kitchen, more space for the family and a state-of-the-art garage.
