Heat Mat recently supported one of their distribution partners who were supplying through their own E-commerce division, where speedy deliveries are often paramount.
Heat Mat’s distributor had been asked to find a fast solution to obtain mirror demisters for 15 bathroom cabinets that had to be completed within five working days ready for collection. Their customer had provided the door dimensions but required low-Voltage mirror heaters and transformers to be specified and delivered ASAP.
The Technical Team at Heat Mat worked out the most appropriate 12V mirror demisters for each cabinet and also specified the transformers to power the heaters and also the door loops for hiding the power cable within the cabinet. In some instances the cabinets had pads on two doors and one transformer was able to power both heaters, saving the client the cost of an additional transformer.
Working through their distributor Heat Mat were able to provide technical support to the client and delivered the products to them less than 24 hours after the order was placed.
